Publication ethics

The editorial board of the journal "Primary Education" adheres to the Ethical Code of Education Researchers of Kazakhstan in its work. The editorial board of the journal does everything possible to comply with the ethical standards adopted in the international scientific community, not allowing any violations of these standards either in its own work or in relationships.

Copyright

The authorship of the manuscript belongs to those researchers who took direct part in the creation of the manuscript, in the formation of the idea, in writing the article, in the interpretation of the results and made a significant contribution to obtaining scientific results. The authors retain the rights to their manuscripts, while allowing everyone to freely download, distribute or copy them, with the obligatory note of the authorship of this work and a link to a unique publication in this journal. For all these actions, when indicating a link to the journal, no permission from the authors or the publisher is required. The authors retain the right to distribute their article in other sources with a mandatory link to its original publication in this journal.

Conflict of interest

Editors and reviewers must not use unpublished data from submitted manuscripts in their own research without the express written consent of the Author. Information or ideas obtained through peer review that may be beneficial must be kept confidential and not used for personal gain. Reviewers must not review manuscripts in which they have a conflict of interest due to competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the Authors, companies, or other organizations connected to the submitted work.

Privacy Policy. The editorial board of the journal "Primary Education" does not disclose to third parties, with the exception of appointed reviewers, information about the manuscript accepted for consideration before its publication. The editorial board also does not disclose to authors and other persons information about reviewers. These and other norms of behavior of participants in the publication process, namely the principles, norms and standards of behavior of authors, members of the editorial board, publisher and reviewers, are based on the ethics of publications.

The procedure for correcting and revising articles. If the review of the article contains a conclusion on the need for its correction, the article is sent to the author for revision (no more than twice). If the review contains recommendations for correction and revision of the article, the responsible secretary sends the text of the review to the author with a proposal to take them into account when preparing a new version of the article or to refute them (partially or completely). The article revised (reworked) by the author is re-submitted for review and considered in the general manner. An article not recommended for publication by the reviewer will not be accepted for re-review. In case of disagreement with the reviewer's opinion, the author of the article has the right to contact the editorial board with a reasoned request to send his manuscript for review to another reviewer with the appropriate arguments in the appeal. In this case, the editorial board of the journal sends the manuscript for re-review or provides the author with a reasoned refusal.

Retraction. Removal of text from publication- the process of retracting an already published scientific article from a journal or database. It is a serious measure used when significant problems with the publication are discovered. Common reasons for retraction include: discovery of falsification or fabrication of data, plagiarism, gross methodological errors that cast doubt on the research results, duplicate publication, violation of ethical standards during the conduct of the research, and a conflict of interest that was not disclosed at the time of publication. Retraction serves as a self-correcting mechanism in science, helping to maintain the integrity of the scientific literature and trust in the scientific publishing process.

The publisher carries out a retraction (publication withdrawal) at the official request of the author/collective of authors of the article, who has substantiated the reason for their decision, as well as by decision of the editorial board of the journal based on its own expertise or information received by the editors. The editors are obliged to inform the author (corresponding author in the case of collective authorship) about the retraction of the article and substantiate its reasons. Articles are not mechanically removed from the electronic version of the journal or from the archive, the texts of retracted articles remain where they were previously, but the electronic version of the text will have the mark RETRACTED/withdrawn and the date of retraction.

Borrowing and plagiarism.All articles submitted to the editorial board of the journal "Primary Education" are checked in the system "Antiplagiarism» (License). If multiple borrowings are detected, the editors notify the author(s) of the presence of borrowings and reject the article (threshold level 75%).
